30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from lightdirect.shop. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Perishable goods.
- Items that have been opened or used if they are health or personal care products.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] within the 30-day return window. In your email, please include:
- Your order number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting an RMA.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), Falcato will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If your refund is rejected, we will explain the reason and inform you of your options.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
